TEAM LEADER - Order to Cash
We are looking for professionals with 4+ years of experience, with relevant background in Order to Cash and proven team management skills.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Team management – performance, productivity, KPIs in line with the contractual agreements (MSA, SOW)
People development - training, coaching and career development opportunities
Customer management – business acumen, operational delivery performance reporting & proactive issue resolution
Identifying and driving process improvement projects aligned with business initiatives and customer needs
Share learnings and best practices across the organization
