Your key responsibilities will include:
Team management – performance, productivity, KPIs in line with the contractual agreements (MSA, SOW) People development - training, coaching and career development opportunities Customer management – business acumen, operational delivery performance reporting & proactive issue resolution Identifying and driving process improvement projects aligned with business initiatives and customer needs Share learnings and best practices across the organization
