For one of our clients, a Frenchdigital securitycompany, providing secure technology solutions for Smart Transactions, Mobile Financial Services, Machine-to-Machine, Digital Identity and Transport & Access Control, we are looking for a System Administrator.
The main responsibilities and type of equipment and actions, concerns the following: Virtualization Systems: install and configure hypervisor hosts, integrate hosts for the farms (vSphere and HyperV); Virtualization Templates: create and maintain templates of virtual machines (Windows / Linux); Storage management: manage storage affected to hosts, (add, modify, remove capacity), on iSCSI/FC and NFS storage (Hitachi, Dell, Netapp); Windows administration: create and modify Windows policies (GPO), and Services (AD, DNS, DHC), attribute requests/changes with power shell, automated task creation; OS installation: install and configure new systems (virtual or not) in equation to IT and security Policies (windows Linux Debian/Ubuntu and Centos); Windows Application Management: manage MSSQL databases (creation, tuning, backup) and ADFS (IDP management, application addition); Messaging Management: diagnose and correct messaging issues (MS Exchange, Office365); Supervision (Centreon): adding / removing systems and applications, changing notification group; Processing problem tickets and opening tasks, with a goal of taking into account the tickets in the hour (annotation of the ticket with an estimate of its resolution); Writing down exploitation procedure for any actions or corrections done from tickets that could be transferred to L2 support; Building technical specification from functional specifications; Participating in writing functional specification in partnership with direct customers; Completing or maintaining a documentary corpus allowing the execution by a third party of the listed tasks; Performing regular services review, in order to check for alignment with know best practices and business needs; Initiating and participating in Change process, processing tickets and opening tasks; Evaluating the impact of progress over the services under responsibility; Escalating in accordance with company's strategy the unresolved incidents.
University degree; 5 years of experience in production, operations or support environment; Good English level (all communication will be in English); French language is an advantage; Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information; Reliable and team worker.
