The Mission BDM-FM has to grow SME business by improving Financial Markets product offer, salesprocesses and knowledge base of the sales staff. Understands SME business needs, bank’sproducts and services, sales philosophy and is able to create and innovate newways of increasing customer satisfaction and bank’s income on FM products andservices.
Your Day-to-Day : -Responsible for the overall buget & profitability of thesegment on FM products for SME -Follow up competition developments and comes up with initiativesmeant to maintain or improve ING’s competitive advantages. In this respectinforms and assists Value chains or IT in order to create the right products needed to reactto market changes. -Develop and implement the best sales process for FM productswithin the sales organization. -Initiates and follows up projects meant to improve FM productsfor SME, sales organization efficiency and efficacy. -Offers support towards the sales network on commercial issues. -Gets involved in the creation of marketing campaigns and followup on FM products or services for SME. -Creates engaging and comprehensive presentations to be deliveredin a persuasive and convincing way.
What you bring to theteam -Strong knowledge on SME needs, SME products and services withfocus on FM products. -Capacity to successfully initiate, follow up and deliver complexprojects. -Excellent analytical, organizational, innovative, problemsolving and follow-up skills with the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines;capacity to work under pressure. -Ability to interpret and/or write business documentation andspecifications -Demonstrated ability to generate and promote business proposals towardsdecision makers under minimal supervision and guidance. -Proven understanding of the sales processes and sales managementtechniques. -Proven understanding of process and project management stepsused in delivering solutions -Capacity to create and deliver engaging presentations.
Are considered a plus: 1) track record in sales to companies; 2)knowledge of best practices in sales processes. -Excellent oral and written communication skills (English andRomanian) -University degree in related fields preferred; 5+ years of experience in banking with 2+ years provenexperience in a similar role.
