British American Shared Services Europe currently have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Relationship Manager, joining us in our Bucharest offices.
Purpose of the role:
Responsible for building and maintaining the relationship between HR Shared Services, Communities of Excellence (CoE) and Business HR Teams;
Tracks the maintenance of HR Shared Services Service Level Agreements for the defined business relationships;
Understands and collects service expectations, demands and priorities from the Business HR and CoE strategic plans to assist in service quality improvement and demand planning for HR Shared Services.
Liaises with Global Process Owners to review the quality of service the HR Shared Service provides against strategic plan, aspiration and expectation of Customers;
Partners with Business HR to identify opportunities to better support various business segments and to identify additional services to migrate to centralised functions;
Works with the Service Improvement to create and maintain Service Level Agreements for HR Shared Services both with key internal Customers and the Business;
Acts as a partner to help ensure the organisation delivers a seamless and productive experience for Customers with HR needs that transcends the remit of the HR Shared Services organisation;
Acts as the main point of contact for Business HR teams to feed in priorities and expectations of the HR Shared Services service level for the defined BUs;
Works with CoEs and Business HR to develop an overview of the fluctuating demand and peaks in their activities in order to provide recommendations and flexibility to HR service delivery to balance these needs;
Manages senior internal HR stakeholder relationships and makes decisions on the degree of priority of senior stakeholder requests to support the needs of the HR organisation;
Supports in the development of vendor contracts for HRSS (where the HRSS is involved in contractual negotiations)
Executes administrative activities related to managing vendor relationships, including performance evaluation and the monitoring of adherence to SLA standards.
3+ years’ experience in HR management role;
HR generalist background;
Understanding of policies and processes related to the HR Shared Services teams;
Ability to persuade, influence and build credibility with stakeholders;
Resilience / tenacity to deliver results in an environment of ambiguity ;
Ability to learn quickly and commitment to self-development;
Fluency in English - other languages would be the advantage.
HR Shared Services experience;
Experience of operating in a complex geographical / functional matrix organization;
Experience with continuous improvement and problem solving.
