Behavioural competencies: Teamwork / collaboration Communicative Initiative and pro-activity Results oriented Self developer Clean Driving License – category B Descrierea jobului Purpose of the job: - Contributes to the achieving of PrePay Sales objectives. - Coordinates Orange PrePay sales distribution (visits a portfolio of POSes-Point of Sales) through dedicated Partners, for specific region.
Duties performed: 1. Achieves the PrePay sales objectives: - follows and develops PrePay sales activity in the allocated region - follows each allocated partner for merchandising, stock turnover policy, promotions; - solves administrative matters related to PrePay distribution - participates at action plans elaboration, program analysis, correction measures to consolidate and increase sales process quality in Partners distribution network. - Partners loyalty and sales secure
2. Participates to transversal projects: - establishes dedicated promotional campaigns and participates in Orange PrePay Merchandising definition for allocated region together with PrePay Sales manager - supervising the merchandise of the PrePay Distribution Network in the allocated region. - participates to transversal projects related to the development of alternative recharging methods. - identifies new potential PrePay distributors.
3. Provides PrePay sales reports: - monthly reports to the PrePay Sales Manager on the regional market situation - sales analyses vs. company objectives. - provides feedback in the definition of the commissioning policy of distributors. - competition survey (offer, merchandising, sales achievements in competition POP-Point of Presence)
4. Creates and executes control of internal processes, activities.
