Mission: Be part of the newly created LINX team in EMEA Support common standards implementation to drive organizational agility in terms of purchasing processes Successfully handles purchase orders placement and management Support global implementation of passive good receipts, ensuring compliant handling within EMEA Develops sound knowledge of SHOP tool utilization, being able to transfer this knowledge to other co-workers Provides support on the SHOP tool to EMEA requesters by placing daily the SHOP PO’s that has been requested into service now via a ticketing system for indirect needs as well as for tooling and investments Check the data accuracy of the request as well as compliance with the Steelcase contracting rule and refer if needed to the lead buyers Deal with daily PO modification via SAP PO changes process Provide strong support on the business partner about the no PO-No pay policy. Create and send appropriate SAP reports about data in order to support business partner activity Spends time with suppliers and debates regarding corrective action or to understand the P to P processes, or the supply chain structure. Participates in implementation activities and process improvement Interfaces with business partner on a regular basis Strong interaction with the NA LINX team and the rest of the Indirect procurement organization.
Education/Experience Languages: Mandatory fluent English; Second European Language or third language is highly requested like French, German, Czech, or Spanish (fluent in reading, written, speaking) Bachelor’s degree Experience in MS Office mandatory 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area Experiences with SAP/SHOP will be a plus
