You will be working within HELLA Corporate Center Romania which operates and administers the company's business divisions, being part of the Program Management Office team (PMO). In this position, you will provide support to Program Managers and Project Managers from various Hella locations, getting acquainted with Hella project management processes and tools.
- Support the Hella Lighting Division in process design activities for PEP (Product Engineering Process) and BPM (Business Process Management), according to Hella specific rules and methods; - Conduct lessons learned workshops with the experts of the functions to improve the Hella Lighting Division processes; - Support and/or deliver trainings related to the above-mentioned processes.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- University degree in Economics; - You also need relevant experience in working with Excel reports and fluency in English language is mandatory; - Basic knowledge of process management principles would be desirable; - Ability to travel; - The person we are looking for is an organized person and can demonstrate the ability to function independently in a broad framework and interact with persons from various departments and levels of management.
