For our client, an award-winning international employer marketing and research consultancy, we are looking for an Office Assistant. They help leading companies worldwide understand and engage with the global education community to attract and develop the talent they need. Working with universities, NGOs and student associations on projects such as graduate and internship recruitment, developing university partnerships, employer brand communications, strategic market analysis and internal engagement.
Using digital tools to run and improve existing day to day administrative operations; Supporting the team to work in a fun and lively environment by organizing internal team building activities; Managing the office facilities implementing actions that would bring the team members closer; Scheduling and organizing meetings/working lunch and dinner, appointments, phone calls as requested; Managing and researching logistics/ suppliers (i.e. printshops/ shipping/translations/ hotels/ trophies); Collecting and mail correspondence/ shipping of documents and packages/preparing customs papers; Supporting the team with international travel planning/ booking hotels and flight tickets, researching and finalizing payment.
At least 1 year working experience in the same role; Good organisational skills, autonomous and confident; English at advanced level; French is a plus; Good ability to work with the Microsoft Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
