Network Administrator for French customers
Working hours: Monday to Friday and Romanian public holidays
Working Hours: in 3 shifts covering 09:00 - 21:00
On call support required outside business hours
Fluency in spoken and written French and English
Experience in Network Administration (Juniper, CheckPoint, Cisco, Netscaler)
Experience in SAN networks administration
Experience of working with PCI Compliance or other regulatory compliance.
Experience of working with SAN devices
Knowledge and understanding of deploying and supporting concepts such as; Spanning Tree Protocol, HSRP, VLAN, Trunking etc.
Knowledge and understanding of MPLS, BGP, deploying and supporting OSPF and supporting static routing
Knowledge and understanding of deploying and supporting Cisco ASA and IPS technology, Cisco Secure ACS
Experience on Cisco platforms such as Nexus, UCS, and MDS.
Experience with VMware, EMC, Brocade is preferred.
Required skill level / experience: CCNP/CCSP
Nice to have skills:
Network administration: CISCO
Unix, Linux, AIX, SAN
Database administration (DB2; Oracle; MSSQL)
Tasks & responsibilities
Availability to work on call
Maintenance of datacenter infrastructure
Monitor server performance and availability
Troubleshoot issues for the specific competency
Promote and maintain server patch management practices.
Provide metrics for capacity management purposes.
Troubleshoot performance issues, troubleshoot DB configuration and apply fixes
Event Management (analyze alerts and logs)
Root Cause Analysis
Initiate, assess, test, verify, document and quality assure system updates
Create and implement change requests for incidents/problems as needed
Provide technical assistance and expertise to customer’s administrators and SMEs in French language
