Implementation and Transition Manager

Your profile:
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Excellent, close-to-native knowledge of French OR German
• Excellent knowledge of English
• PMP certification preferred
• Six Sigma Black Belt certified preferred
• Demonstrated multi-faceted, cross-functional project management skills
• Experience in client-facing roles
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience building and maintaining positive working relationships
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Knowledge and experience of process and quality improvement practices preferred
• Availability for a 1 to 3 months training program abroad

Your Responsibilities:
• Act as client first-point of contact within the company during the implementation and early production phases
• Prepare project plan with relevant tasks and timeframes and be responsible for meeting project deadlines
• Clarify client requirements regarding technical setup, team member profile, knowledge transfer, reporting, quality and invoicing
• Consult clients on project implementation and expansion
• Oversee overall progress of projects
• Liaise with all company departments involved to ensure deadlines and client requirements are met
• Ensure established processes and provided services meet company quality standards and client expectations
• Lead internal process and quality improvement projects, as well as broadening the company’s service portfolio
• Participate in prospective client pursuit campaigns
