Helpdesk Specialist (1st Level Support) - GERMAN Speaker
Here you will be part of our global IT support team and you will act as an IT Specialist in 1st level support with the following responsibilities:
- Receive calls from worldwide internal IT users and provide direct solutions for basic requests;
- Analyze error descriptions in a direct dialogue with the users;
- Document and categorize errors in the common Hella ticketing system.
In order to be successful in this position you should have:
- General IT background and understanding;
- Previous experience in customer support;
- Analytic thinking, problem solving attitude;
- Fluent English and good German language skills;
- Very good communication skills.
