- Job description
-Prepares standard, recurring, and ad hoc journal entries;
-Obtains approval of journal entries in accordance with the defined authorization matrix;
-Calculates and processes recurring, reversing, and accrual journals related to the revenue cycle;
-Tracks, reviews, analyzes and audits accrual requests related to the revenue cycle;
-Reconciles the sub-ledger's receivable accounts to the general ledger;
-Analyzes items in GL accounts and posts appropriate GL entries;
-Conducts report analysis to support the closing process;
-Prepares detailed account analysis for management reviews;
-Analyzes and resolves reconciling variances for balance sheet accounts;
-Researches and resolves reconciling differences, and records reconciling difference journal entries;
-Performs reconciliation of accounts during the monthly close & related uploads to the reconciliation tool;
-Creates and submits all relevant monthly, quarterly or annual standard management reports (local, regional or global);
-Conducts and submits business analytics or data analytics as requested by the client;
-Responds to inquiries from relevant stakeholders involved in the monthly reporting/business analytics processes;
-Transfers knowledge to other team members, when needed;
-Reports management data on the provided service;
- Basic qualifications
-Written and spoken ability to communicate in HUNGARIAN for client interaction;
-Written and spoken ability to communicate in English for Accenture interaction;
-1-2 years of relevant experience;
-Experience with accounting systems; SAP would be a plus;
-Competent Microsoft Office user: Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point;
-Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure with strict deadlines of the monthly close;
