As a Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Experienced Assistant, you will work on various TAS engagements in different industry sectors in which EY is acknowledged as a market leader, specifically: financial services, energy and utilities, oil and gas, telecommunications, industrial products, automotive, retail and consumer products, real estate.
What you will do: Provide support during the project preparation stage (research, data collection, PowerPoint presentations and other necessary materials) Research and monitoring relevant external publications in relation to M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) deals, financing transactions and market trends Understand client needs and organizational structure Contribute and offer alternative solutions throughout the project Follow up with the manager the project conclusions Request supervisor feedback (Senior / Manager / Partner / Director) on project performance and actively address issues identified to be improved Work on various projects within service lines and/or sub-service lines Verify and standardize company and sector data in order to facilitate peer analysis, enterprise valuation and financial forecast (. graphs, tables, budget, business plan, macroeconomic and descriptive data etc.)
What do we expect from you? Minimum 2 years in financial analysis within in a financial services firm University degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting/ Engineering Familiar with Romanian commercial law and fiscal code regulations Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficient IT skills (especially Excel, Power Point, Word) Strong motivation, dedication and enthusiasm Self-motivated, positive attitude Willingness to learn and desire to exceed expectations Attention to detail with a commitment to high quality
