Customer Logistics Specialist
Takes and processes Key Account Orders which are sent to him centralized through EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).
Monitors EDI interface
Monitors the recovery process for pallets/packages and represents CCHBC in communication with customers.
Monitors and controls the activation process for selected customers
Optimizes logistics cost by choosing the best delivery method for each customer (location, transportation type).
Makes reports on support activities offered by Logistics department.
Ensures Cost To Supply KBIs (Order Quantity, Plant Deliveries, On Shelf Availability)
Actively pursues own development plan
Contributes to growing capability in the Customer Logistics Team
Identifies and analyses the reasons for losses on fill rate together with Planning and Key Account Customer Care, and creates and implements action plans to prevent.
Is the contact point for KA Executive for logistics problems at store level.
Participates in COBRA for KA Support Office, covering Logistics and KA results.
Meets regularly with Customer Order & Shipping team.
Harmonizes product portfolio with the Customer and maintains close connection with the Customer and Product Master Data teams.
