Descrierea jobului For a customer contract, the Customer advisor is responsible for the ordering chain maintenance and the billing management. He/She is the main customer point of contact on this scope. He/She provides a dedicated and customised service to his/her customer(s) around ordering and billing activities. He/she is also in charge of the billing quality and of the customer satisfaction.
In relation with the commercial teams of the B to B market for DEF Clients and / or Large Clients, the Order / Billing Advisor:
Manages orders on the Akamai and Managed Data product and service line, in compliance with order-delivery processes and Sarbanes-Oxley rules; Manages and optimizes invoicing in the respect of the processes; Implements and deploys pricing conditions for contracts; Ensures an answer to the customer's requests on his bill; Is the guarantor of the respect of the contractual engagements and the quality of the services provided.
Order processingAnalyze the order and ensure that all the information are accurate and complete Record the orders in the specific tools related to the activity
Billing management and optimizationProvides a customer response when it needs and help to maintain; Check in advance the orders received and ensure that it has all the information needed before the validation on the specific tools; Guarantee the contractual engagements and the quality of the services provided and interacts with the other members of the customer team; Ensure procedure documentation is available and updated on regular basis; Customer billing and ordering claims are handled timely and in a professional manner; Invoice production: invoices are accurate and produced on time; Ensure training and knowledge to the team (if needed); Provide explanation and dedicated support about invoice contents to the customer; Report internal KPIs to monitor OTC activities and quality.
