If you have minimum 2-4 years of recruiting experience, with your most recent experience being in commercial and marketing recruiting, then we encourage you to apply.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including initial applicant sourcing, qualification assessments, interviews, and offers;
Establish positive working relationships with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies according to their business needs;
Assist hiring managers with the development of job descriptions ensuring consistent practices;
Creatively source through web, referrals, organizations, career events, etc. to generate qualified candidates;
Identify and source qualified talent for current open roles, build relationships and network to generate successful placements;
Screen and submit resumes for open positions;
In-depth understanding of the business and current projects and challenges;
Prepare and negotiate job offers, assist in the evaluation and provide feedback;
Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement process (if case)
Maintain applicant tracking system.
Minimum 3 years of full life cycle recruiting in commercial and retail positions (Commercial, Finance, Sales & Marketing Specialists);
A well-established networking to aid in direct sourcing efforts;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community;
Ability to provide accurate and efficient service under the pressure of constant deadlines;
Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities;
Ability to gather data, consistently track metrics, and prepare reports;
Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing tasks, and resolving problems.
