Candidatul ideal Job Purpose: -Responsible for the Cards product management with the primary aim of developing and managing the portfolio of credit and debit cards. -Responsible to develop and deliver tangible customer benefits and features and support development and maintenance of a framework to measure and monitor product portfolio performance. -We are looking for:At least 7 years of relevant experience in product management/campaign management and product development in financial services; -Demonstrated launching of excellent products and experience in technical implementations, designs and launch; -Sound understanding of card schemes and retail products; -Strong team working skills - ability to work collaboratively and both independently and in a team environment; -Project management experience working with internal teams and card schemes; -Excellent organizational and communication abilities;

Descrierea jobului Goals for the Cards Product Manager: -Responsible for developing cards product strategies and supports all phases of the product management process: ideation, development, implementation, validation, positioning, pricing, profitability, go-to-market, campaigns management; -Develop products packaging, services and bundle solutions aimed at providing consumers with best-in-class user experience; -Define and initiate new products and features, as well as related process/campaigns requirements; -Work closely with card schemes and use technical expertise to help launch & implement cards, features and campaigns in order to boost card sales and usage; -Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Operations, Risk, Sales and Customer -Delivery and Support to help define and drive execution of go-to-market plans ; -Prioritize, conceptualize and write product requirements for each type of card product/feature; -Work alongside innovation and digital/IT to enact product systems & process changes or enhancement; -Orchestrate regular reviews of product KPIs and derive recommendations for marketing purposes and sales; -Contribute to the flow of communication within the Product Management and wider Strategy and Marketing teams, by actively participating in team meetings; -Monitor products performance metrics at all stages of the product lifecycle, and makes recommendations regarding campaigns and solutions to challenges in the portfolio or product; -Provide support to sales with communication and training on product and campaigns.
