Coordinating a team of 40+ employees and team leaders, from both operational and people management perspectives Driving operational excellence, strategizing and implementing complex initiatives to enable high quality delivery and performance In-depth client business understanding and relationship management, building strong partnerships and enhancing customer satisfaction Budget planning, management and reporting
