- End User Services (Service Desk, On Site Support),
- Infrastructure Services (Technical expertise, Project Management, Monitoring and Administration, Workstation expertise and management),
- Business Services (Consulting, Functional support to business divisions).
HELPLINE clearly states its objectives to develop international activities and revenue. 

This strategy is implemented through the opening of a full-mesh network of Services Centers, firstly around Western and Central Europe.

In 2014, HELPLINE  develops its central European services center in Timisoara, Romania, and reinforces its local teams.
